Rule-changes Draft: Cleaned up Weapon Groups and Class based Attack Bonuses. Added Bonuses to Savingthrows for all standard classes.

Category:Races: Added some races to complete the standard set: Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Half-Elf, Half-Orc, Halfling, Humans
