Halflings are the nimble folk. They are typically the kind that you must eighter love or hate because they are not only friendly, but they also might be excellent thiefs or assassins.

- -2 Strength, +2 Dexterity
- Base land speed: 20 feet.
- Medium Size: small size (+1 size bonus to AC and Attack rolls. +4 size bonus to Stealth checks. Uses small weapons and has only 3/4 of the carrying capacity of a medium Character).
- Favored Skills: Sports
- Trained Skill: Acrobatics, Perception
- +2 morale Bonus to Will Safes
- +1 racial Bonus to all Safes
- Favored Weapon Group (Thrown Weapons and Slings): +1 racial Bonus to Attacks Rolls with weapons of this Group.
- Automatic Language: Common and Halfling.
- Bonus Languages: Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, Goblin, and Orc.
- Favored Class: Bard.
